I've entered my visit against the wrong book, how can I move it?

If you have entered your patient visits against the wrong section in the Portfolio you can easily move them to the correct place:
- Find the visit that is in the wrong place and then click "Edit".
- At the top of the form there is a dropdown listing all of your books and clinics, select the correct clinic from this list.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Save"
The visit will have been moved to the correct location in the Portfolio.
There is not a way to move entries in bulk, accurate record keeping is an important requirement of the profession. However, if you have a significant number of entries in the wrong place and there are mitigating circumstances you can contact the help desk to request these to be moved on your behalf.
