I've entered my visit against the wrong book, how can I move it?

If you have entered your patient visits against the wrong section in the Portfolio you can easily move them to the correct place:

  1. Find the visit that is in the wrong place and then click "Edit".
  2. At the top of the form there is a dropdown listing all of your books and clinics, select the correct clinic from this list.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save"

The visit will have been moved to the correct location in the Portfolio. 

There is not a way to move entries in bulk, accurate record keeping is an important requirement of the profession. However, if you have a significant number of entries in the wrong place and there are mitigating circumstances you can contact the help desk to request these to be moved on your behalf.
