If your patient does not attend you should create a visit for that patient and enter a treatment of PDNA and then separately record what you did instead, for example:

• If another patient was available, you would record a separate visit for this patient detailing what you did
• If you carried out some skills lab work you would enter this as a separate entry ticking the skills lab box.
• If you assisted another student, you would create a separate assisted entry using their patient's number
