Frequently Asked Question

If you can't find the tutor who signed off your patient visit in your book; first check if they are available in the full list of tutors by clicking the "Show all tutors" button. If they are still not listed then they have not been added to the Portfolio. Please create a ticket on the helpdesk and provide:

- The tutor's full name,
- The clinic you saw the tutor on

After confirming the details with the relevant Unit, a new tutor will be added to the Portfolio for you to use. Please note: at busy times there can be a delay when confirming the tutor details, you will receive a reply via the helpdesk as soon as the tutor is added.

Radiography Rotations
If you are supervised by one of the radiographers employed by CCDH, you should select the appropriate name from the dropdown. However, because the Trust has a pool of radiographers, you will often see a radiographer who isn't on the Portfolio. If this happens you may select the "special" tutor of "STH General Radiographer".

Sedation Rotations

Similar to Radiography, there is a special tutor of "Sedation Nurse" for sedation clinics when the specific tutor who supervised your treatment is not listed.
