When recording your Fissure Sealant treatments, you will often receive a single grade and feedback for multiple applications. Targets are usually configured so that you receive one treatment towards your target per selected tooth (rather than per treatment), so rather than entering lots of treatment and selecting one tooth in each, simply enter a single treatment and select all of the relevant teeth.

However, occasionally you may receive different grades for different applications during the same visit; maybe something went wrong, so your tutor gave you a lower grade on one of the teeth. In this case you should enter the lower grade and corresponding teeth as a separate treatment. This would be a good opportunity to enter some reflection on the individual treatment as to what went wrong and what you could do better next time!

NB If you have not selected any teeth these treatments will not be counted towards these targets.
